The minute you walked in the joint, I could see you were a beer of distinction, a real big sour. Good looking, so refined. Fruity and super acidic, but not really apricot on the front. Does come through in the back, unsulfured dried. Moreish. Jazz Hands!

Better than it shows online. Dry chocolate cookies, lots of barrel bourbon notes, thick thick body. Raisins, chocolate chip, sweetness in the mouth but a dry finish makes it very drinkable

Lots going on for the last beer of the night. Light funk, low carbonation, brightness up front, followed by a tart, light stone fruit middle, dry and clean on the finish, with a touch of something that almost presents as bitterness. Light body, slick.
