Aromatically, it's unreal. Flavor wise, it comes off a little (but not a lot) harsh. I dug this one well enough all in all, and I'd be interested to see where this monthly DIPA series takes them. Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals 😁

Not my favorite dessert stout, although it was still alright. Marshmallow is not my favorite adjunct, so maybe I'm a bit prejudiced.

The best Ontario beer I've had on this trip so far. Hazy, juicy...it's a little Super-Saturation-esque, but with a bit of a different finish. Maybe it's the Nelson hops. I dig it!

A beautiful color on the pour. Can't say I love the single hop varietal used in this one, but it's still not a bad brew by any means. I'd like to try another hazy by these folks while I'm here, because the base for this beer was very promising.
