Learning to like Belgians. Herby, citrus, estery yeast aroma. Tart sour taste. I suppose it's true to to he style.

Nice rich full flavor and mouthfeel. Would like a little more carbonation, but maybe I poured too fast. Can't wait to visit them!

'Mark 1' Damn good. Nicely hopped American wheat with dates, pomegranate, juniper berries, and a Chinook dry hopping. Needs more pom & date!
