Domestic feel in the beginning which is usually bad but not as unpleasant here due to the maltier flavors afterwards. I don’t hate it but definitely not good either.

Warm black opaque color light chocolate head mostly chocolate aroma thick body. Chocolate cocoa start with the caramel coming for the finish the raisin and dark fruits there but light.The barrel again just adds to these beers. Brownie barrel and caramel*

Travis Jones: I know some don’t like because big brewer owned, but these BB beers are excellently brewed. I would suggest anyone who is dipping there feet into this style to try these(at room temp).

Warm black opaque light chocolate bourbon roasty dark chocolate aroma thick body. Smooth dark chocolate with raisin light caramel and light roast coffee. The barrel just adds to this tasty stout. Aged extremely well. Trying to find reason not to give 5?

Black opaque light chocolate head thick smooth mouthfeel raisin prune smooth dark chocolate and smooth coffee. Did I mention smooth? Aged spectacular. Doesn’t get better than this for bourbon barrel aged stouts.
