Geof Huth: Aaron, you gotta try this beer. I bought the last bottle in the store the other day.

Thanks, again and again, to Dan and his farm.
Geof Huth is drinking a Lavender Hops by Awestruck Ciders at Huth's Beerorium
A bit too sweet instead of "bittersweet" to me, but I love lavender (favorite color of my parents), its floralness.
Geof Huth is drinking a 34th Annual Tropical Heatwave by Cigar City Brewing® at Huth's Beerorium
Not really my kind of beer: wheaty and rough hoppy. With a bit of sweetness.
Geof Huth is drinking a Transmigration of Souls by Orpheus Brewing at Huth's Beerorium
An upfront taste all of papaya and sweetness, quickly followed by a rough overweening hop bitterness.
Geof Huth is drinking a Classique Imperiale by Evil Twin Brewing at Huth's Beerorium
An American saison: a saison yeastiness that doesn't pass thru the sweet phase except to turn quite hoppy.
Earned the Better Together (Level 3) badge!Geof Huth is drinking an Old Viscosity by Port Brewing Company at Huth's Beerorium
A very good darkness to this stout, with a little good sweetness too, and actually fairly viscous.
Earned the American Craft Beer Week (2015) badge!Geof Huth is drinking a Tripel Café by Southern Tier Brewing Company at Huth's Beerorium
A pretty good tripel with a subtle coffee undertone.
Geof Huth is drinking a Harpoon 100 Barrel Series: Kettle Cup 2015 Braggot Rights by Harpoon Brewery at Huth's Beerorium
Still haven't had a good braggot. A bit hoppy, really an IPA but honeyed, so it tastes pretty much like a sweet, bad hops, pithy IPA.
Geof Huth is drinking a Bourbon County Brand Stout (2014) 13.8% by Goose Island Beer Co. at Huth's Beerorium
Finishing my BCS vertical a couple days after the start. It's best young.
Geof Huth is drinking a Hitachino Nest XH by Kiuchi Brewery at Huth's Beerorium
Nicely sweetly malty with a bit of richness from the sake barrel aging.
Earned the Rising Sun (Level 2) badge!Geof Huth is drinking a Berserker Imperial Stout (2015) by Midnight Sun Brewing Co. at Huth's Beerorium
Much different from 2013's and still similar. Crazy with flavor. Rough. Strong. Lots of good. Molasses nose. Alive with head unlike 2013.
Geof Huth is drinking a Progenitor Noir by Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project at Huth's Beerorium
Nicely dark sour and pretty hoppy. But I get the flavor of cornwater at the end after that opening delight.
Geof Huth is drinking a Serenata Notturna by Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project at Huth's Beerorium
So delicious. A great sour. A strong tart sour. Oaky and fruity with great tart. 4.25.
Geof Huth: Aaron, you gotta try this beer. I bought the last bottle in the store the other day.
Aaron P: Will look, they distribute in Kentucky and will be there next week.
Michael O'Connor: Ah, I've got one of these. So you're saying I'll give it 9/5?
Geof Huth: Just about.
Geof Huth is drinking a Cocoa Psycho by BrewDog at Huth's Beerorium
An over-the-top RIS made for a czar. Nicely dark-bitter, with lots of cocoa at the onset. But a little too much so and pinchy.
Geof Huth is drinking a Flor d'Lees by Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project at Huth's Beerorium
Batch 1. A gentle sour with some good yeastiness. But a little too grainy at the same time.
Geof Huth is drinking a Prototype by Nøgne Ø at Huth's Beerorium
Malt and hops in an unremarkable muddle. Gets better as it warms. A bit of warm maltiness with the hops.
Geof Huth is drinking a Willsie Dry Hop by Nine Pin Cider at Huth's Beerorium
Still a favorite cider of mine. My most favorite from Nine Pin.
Geof Huth is drinking a Le Terroir (Lips of Faith) (2014) by New Belgium Brewing Company at Huth's Beerorium
The sourness and hoppiness comes together as a bright lemoniness.
A reasonably good hop-leaning saison that turns quite pithy at the end.
