3 year vert as we near the last night in the current house. 2017 was tops, outside of the cuvee, with tons of chocolate. Coffee was basically gone but still a very solid beer. More like a 4.4

Solid brew. Tad thin for the style but the flavor and smoothness is there for sure.

Solid brew. Quite the blend of flavors going on. Lots going on with the stout, quad, and barleywine flavors involved. Overall this brew is good but there is too many flavors coming together.

Flavor is almost where it needs to be. The bourbon really makes this shine. Some tweaks will be needed for future batches but a great first attempt at barrel aging.

Solid. But the booze in this takes away some of the other flavors. Not much coconut but a good amount of chocolate. Overall bot bad but less booze would help level out the flavors.

This was different. Like drinking a starbucks at a backwoods bonfire. Had the hazelnut and chocolate but didnt pair great with the smoke and barrel. I guess kind of like starbucks and backwoods. There was also a ton of sediment at the bottom.

This beer is still excellent. 2.5 years later and still a good amount of barrel to this. A great beer and revolution is really killing the barrel aged game. Delicious

Solid. Really deep roast flavor smoothed by the bourbon vanilla sweetness. Very good representation of the style with full body and good flavor.

Damn. This is some sort of delicious. Vanilla big up front from the barrel. Very smooth with chocolate on the back end. Carbonation is low but the flavor is high. Reminds me of FO.

Not bad. I think it may have sat a bit too long. Get the pecans and sweetness from the booze but also has a metallic flavor.

Seems to have gotten better over time. Barrel initially on the nose but flavor is heavy chocolate with slight coffee and good body. Not much barrel flavor but there is a slight vanilla that blends all the flavors, particularly the roast

Delicious. A great beer. The barrel has mellowed nicely with the spices playing secondary and adding great flavor. This has aged amazingly well and should be experienced by all.

Solid. Peanut butter is nice with chocolate on the back end. Smooth drinker and not too heavy or sweet.

When you go under contract on your house, you bust put a big bottle. Cycle doing right even with all the floaters. Thiccccc as the kids say with the coconut and molasses sweetness.

Great mouthfeel but mostly just cinnamon and roast. Minimal banana and vanilla doesnt come through.

Better than 2018 but not 2017 level. Little thin but nice chocolate and coffee with slight booze. Also a bit of a vanilla mellowing throughout which was nice.
