Request a DemoGrady Stout is drinking an A Portal Beyond Nonexistance (2023) by Burial Beer Co. at House of Stout
4.15 This beer was super impressive 4 years ago. This one doesn’t quite live up to my memory of the previous. Still solid. Marshmallow nose with some cinnamon. Palate is chocolate cinnamon and a bit drying. Thanks for your he pickup Sigrid B.
Grady Stout is drinking a Socially Sourced by Pulpit Rock Brewing Company at House of Stout
4.85. This is fantastic. Nose is roasty chocolate and coconut cream, palate is thick oily layers of roasty chocolate and coconut. Dries out in the finish and makes you want another sip. Perfect cool summer night stout.
Grady Stout is drinking a White Angel by Wicked Weed Brewing at House of Stout
3.9 Nose is bit musty funk and barrel, not much fruit comes through. Palate is better. Muscadines and a watermelon rind note comes through.
Grady Stout is drinking a Plum (Sept 2021) by Pips Meadery at House of Stout
4.35 Sweet plums all the way. Awesome plum color on this.
Grady Stout is drinking a Batch One Theory: Millionaire's Row by Southern Grist Brewing Company at House of Stout
This is fantastic. Thickest SG beer I’ve had. Nose is a 5. Smells like a bourbon soaked pecan, dipped in chocolate cake batter and sprinkled with cinnamon. Palate isn’t as complex but still a solid bourbon, chocolate, cinnamon stout.
Grady Stout is drinking an Oude Du Blé (10 Year) by Side Project Brewing at House of Stout
Nose is tart fruit and oak. Palate is better than the nose. Very soft and drinkable. Awesome color too. Good night cap.

Grady Stout is drinking a Barrel Aged Coconut Hazelnut Cordial Slumber Party Stout by Southern Grist Brewing Company at House of Stout
Thick great mouthfeel. There is a fruity note in this throwing me off from what I thought it would be. Something cherry or citrus. There is some coconut, lots of chocolate, then something orange-y on the finish.

Grady Stout is drinking a Barrel-Aged Abraxas (2022) by Perennial Artisan Ales at House of Stout
4.65 Nose on this is fabulous, smells like a cinnamon raisin bagel on top of a bourbon barrel. Palate cranks the cinnamon to a 10. A little more thin than the derivation.
Grady Stout is drinking a Derivation (Blend #17) by Side Project Brewing at House of Stout
Nose is awesome dark fruit and deep oak on top of chocolate milk. Vanilla and fudge palate followed by an insane amount of barrel presence. This is as good a barrel notes I’ve had on a beer. Tons of barrel complexity with none of the burn/boozy notes.

Adam Catalina is drinking a PB&J Mixtape by Xül Beer Co at House of Stout
5 nose. Jelly comes through strong, but the PB swirls behind it.
Purchased at Pruett's Market
Grady Stout is drinking a Fire, Skulls & Money by Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. at House of Stout
4.15 This is stone fruit and grapefruit city, with a touch of pine finish. Super rich tasting. Thanks Adam C.
Grady Stout is drinking a Sakarya by Southern Grist Brewing Company at House of Stout
4.20. Nose on this really good, bourbon soaked marshmallows. Palate is dates and bourbon barrel with a slight vanilla finish.
Grady Stout is drinking a Guava Hibiscus by Pips Meadery at House of Stout
4.15 This is really unique. Its really floral yet pastry (think pie crust) on the nose. Drinks like fall spice and floral. Probably the least amount of honey I’ve had on a pips. I would never guess guava but I still like it.
Grady Stout is drinking a Purpetua (Vintage 2020) by Side Project Brewing at House of Stout
Good nose, layers of berries, touch of medicinal funk, and barrel. On the acidic side but not too acidic. Nose is vibrant, palate is a bit more subtle. Drinks easy with a lots of berries and barrel.
Grady Stout is drinking a Parfait (Blend #5) by Shared at House of Stout
4.35 This is solid. Actually reminds me of BA Vanilla Truffle from Trillium from back in the day. Barrel and Vanilla on the nose. Drinks creamy vanilla and chocolate milk. It’s super roasty as well. Finishes with a bit of barrel bitterness.
Good barrel nose on this. Licorice, tobacco, oak, and burnt coffee nose. Drinks old school super barrel forward. Pretty boozy finish.
