This is fantastic I get a slight medicinal bitterness all the way through, but it’s really nice. Compliments a tart hay note with some melon rind and a tart blackberry. Awesome spring beer.

Sour peach and tangy strawberry on the nose. Palate on this is so good. Sweet peaches and tangy strawberry, then tart on the finish. Great mouthfeel

Nose on this is fantastic, raspberries and tangy like a jolly rancher, good barrel too. Super tart upfront then homemade raspberry jam, then finishes tart and drying. Thanks Adam C.

Nose on this is fantastic, marshmallow, coconut, hazelnut . Mocha, chocolate, and creamy on the palate. Finishes marshmallow-y too. Oily thick mouthfeel. Silly good pastry stout.

This is insane. Crazy chocolate cake and coconut cream nose with a hint of barrel. Palate is thick mouth coating chocolate, coconut and pecans and goes on forever. I know it’s first day of 2024, but this is top 2023 beer I’ve had.

This was interesting. Cold it was chocolate on the nose and a vanilla bomb on the palate. As it warmed other flavors came out, but it became worse the warmer it got.
