Kev: Brett doesn't make a beer sour, very common misconception, what it does add is funk and yeastiness, it's the bacterial cultures that sour it

Has a fruity malty nose with a astringent bite. Has a malty forward chewyness and a hop bite that is just on ya after that and for the night
