I get all the flavors expected from good bourbon with lots of vanilla caramel and barrel amplified by the massive amount of wheat giving a thick body but silky smooth feel. The 15.3% is super warming. Way underrated. Outstanding sipper.

Decent beer - very drinkable & I understand why some people really like this. Apple is strong & still taste the base beer but the dryness & hops doesnt pair perfectly with sweeter apple to me. Still killer refreshing for $1/can on a 87° day lawnmowing day

As good as ever.. it's about as spot on for hot chocolate with some marshmallows as you can expect from a beer...nitro makes it super smooth & creamy. I'd love to see this barrel aged because it would blend great with some nuttier bourbons barrels

Nice. The Willet barrel & spice goes great with the medium roasty coffee like malt flavor of the porter. Its pretty bitter from whatever hops they used but it works well and gives a nice long linger along with the warmth from that 11.3%.

Happy to tap my sixtel of this..Nice wcipa taste and long linger it has a hop punch but it isn't as huge as most wcipas. It's a nice change having this made in an area with tons of neipas around...I'm going to enjoy having many many many of these...
