Live Entertainment:

9:00 - Dave Hammer & Friends
*Everyone is encouraged to bring their instruments to be part of the late night jam.
For your imbibing pleasure:
*Triple Barrel Big Bad Baptist: 12.7% ABV - Imperial Stout aged in whiskey & rum barrels with cocoa nibs, barrel aged coffee, & barrel aged coconut added
"Three’s not a crowd in this limited edition Triple Barrel Big Bad Baptist. We aged coconut and Blue Copper’s Colombian coffee beans in fresh whiskey barrels, while our imperial stout aged in both rum and whiskey barrels. The trio was then hand blended, creating our most over-the-top version of Big Bad Baptist yet. Best enjoyed slowly, three sips at a time." - Epic
*Big Bad Baptista: 11.7% ABV - Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels with Mexican coffee, cocoa nibs, vanilla & cinnamon (scored a perfect 100 on ratebeer.com in 2016)
"Big Bad Baptista is a combination of Vanilla, Cinnamon, Mexican coffee roasted by Blue Copper, and Solstice Chocolate cacao nibs. It’s luxurious to say the least, with a pleasant warming sensation generated by the cinnamon and alcohol. Enjoying the interplay of chocolate, malt, oak, and spice is the perfect way to spend a cool evening, with friends around a fire." - Epic
*Big Bad Baptist: 11.9% ABV - Imperial Stout, OG of the Baptist Series.
"This year’s Big Bad Baptist will feature coffee from Denver’s Corvus Coffee Roasters. We selected their Dead Reckoning Espresso blend, which features Guatemalan Coffee paired with natural and washed coffees from Ethiopia. Honestly, when we sat down with them to cup their coffees and they told us they blended their espresso with the whiskey lover in mind, we knew we’d come to the right place. The Salt Lake City releases will feature lively, natural-processed Ethiopian coffees roasted by our friends at Blue Copper. They worked with us to fine tune the roast to bring out a balance of fruity, blueberry and pomegranate notes and a roasted character which compliments the cacao nibs. Overall, this year’s Big Bad Baptist favors the fruit character of both the coffee and cacao more so than the roasted and toasted flavors of previous releases. This subtle shift reveals more of the nuance in each blend and the barrel character that drives the beer’s flavor." -Epic
*FREE SHOW
*FOOD & DRINK SPECIALS WILL BE PROVIDED
