Tim Tam slam has finally been Tim Tam slammed. Lovely and rounded now, booze on the nose but leaves deep dark chocolate body and lovely richness on the tongue.

Excellent drop Tom A. Nice barnyard funk on the nose but the flavour is more gentle and rounded. Coats the mouth and lingers with a refreshing lemony note, not all that sour just the right amount. Nice to have some unblended lambic. Cheers!
