This is a fantastic hybrid (based on the label description) of a Pilsner and a Belgian strong ale. Grassy meadow essence. Some Pilsner malt flavors like bread. The Belgian yeast flavor and the fruity esters of a Belgian Strong.

This is tart and funky. Pulling some citrus notes. Barrel aging is king of overwhelming in flavor. Still good. But pales in comparison (pun unintended) to the last couple we have had.

Incredible. Every flavor comes together to form an amazing taste orgy. The sour is sublime. It’s difficult to tell where the wine notes end and the cherry notes begin. Excellent use of Brettanomyces.
