On paper, this should’ve been a massive juice bomb, in reality it’s a damp squib. The flavour is extremely understated compared to the way that it smells. Light and fragrant with a malt sweetness, not much hop bitterness to balance. Needs more fruitiness.

This beer is light and citrusy to start with then the pineapple flavour starts to develop along with a well balanced bitterness that adds body and substance to the whole ensemble. This is one of the better Brass Castle beers that I’ve had of late. Tasty.
