Very well done. Easily the best Southpaw I’ve tried and the best attempt at a fresh hop belge/ farmhouse for 23. Fruity yeast vibes meld nicely with the Nectaron fleshy white peach. Crisp baking spices. Delicious peach fruits. Moreish long finish

Honestly, WTF is a Yeastie beer anymore. They’ve sold the licence to the next lot, brewed at B- studio I guess. And the beers are nondescript. Great if your a business owner, disappointing if you think that the Steve Nally Invercargill brews were iconic

Nice Pilsner. Sea salt seems to come through (or am I just thinking it does?!) Bit of an oily mouthfeel that works with that salty element. Very good lingering prickly (salty?), floral bitterness. Gonna go well with the smoked lamb later.

Delicious. Pale orange gold, no carbonation. Intense aroma, macerated golden fruit, funky, oak barrel. Delightful crisp mouthfeel. Lovely complexity. Yellow fruits, white grape, oak barrel, white pepper. Good hit of funk for a lingering moreish finish
