Enjoying the aroma.. dark chocolate, molasses. Bitter and boozy but in balance, like the way a cup of strong coffee stands up to a shot of whiskey poured into it.

Definite Brett in the nose, but not super aged or bookish. Off-dry in wine terms, dried fruit/apricot. Bit of a acid.

Don't serve too cold, loses a lot of flavor. Rather boozy. Woody, light candied apple. Pleasant apple aroma. Body is surprisingly thin.

Light, crisp, and effervescent. Floral flavors are pretty delicate. Tea-like finish with a little sweetness.

Weak, odd pungent citrus flavor. A little bitter. Like someone cut what was a good fruity sour with water.

Aged berry flavor, the fruit is nice. Off dry, cloudy, with a subtle tang. A few wild sour notes in the finish. Easy to drink.

The peach aroma coming off of this is spot on. Drinks tart with snall sour notes. Some acid at work here. Aged fruit is the dominant flavor.

Pours clear red w/ brown tinge. Berry flavor, balanced sweetness. Effervescent, small vigorous bubbles. Like a lambic on the drier side.

Fragrant aged cherry. Intense wild sour funk kicks in at the end. Little bit of tartness.
Dennis is drinking a Bourbon County Brand Stout (2018) 14.7% by Goose Island Beer Co. at Greymoss
A great year out the gate. Raisin/aged fruit nose. Smooth, vanilla, no heat. Not sure if this would benefit much from cellaring... drink it.

Reminds me of a dry, tart, old world cider with wild sour notes. Light enough to go with food, but enough complex to enjoy on its own.

Tart, intense fresh berries. Dessert beer aroma, but pretty tame sweetness. Lambic level fruit, thick consistency.

Bitter. Not a subtle IPA. The malts and hops don't quite mask the heat on this big beer. Solid fresh hop aroma.
