Watermelon on the nose gives way to watermelon and dole whip on the palate. I find the pineapple base of the dole whip to be more present than I expected. The watermelon is rindy, which I like. Finish is a nice watermelon and rind with hints of pineapple.

Zero pop when I opened the cap, zero carbonation in the beer. That's a big problem for me. Good peat on the nose goes into the flavour with a good dose of whisky to join it. Base beer gives roasts and chocolate. With more carb this would be better IMHO.

The hops are nice on this, more prominent that on others Pils I've had. Grainy malts and a sweet, but not too sweet, finish. This is an easy drinking beer.

Excellent tartness from the haskop and raspberry. Berries give way to a nice mild witbier flavour. This is a nice light beer that would be great in the summer on a hot day.

Roasty and bittersweet chocolate lead things off, and it's only in the late palate that the vanilla appears. The vanilla is light but a nice compliment to this London style Porter.
