After reading the description, I feel like this was overly ambitious bc I don't get most of what was described. Dry as expect for something açai and that does shine brilliantly. Good viscosity too. Very much looking forward to future bottles!

Not feeling this much. Ridiculously pulpy and chunky. No honey profile at all. Tastes like thick oj with a little vanilla added. Abv is noted to be less than advertised significantly.

Mead day! Very good. Almost light tasting overall but the banana and honey profile is vibrant and full. The maple is there, but a bit lacking.

Pansy is drinking a Daydreamin’ Batch 2 - 4/22/21 by Standard Meadery at Girard Park

Mead day part 3. Favorite from the day. This is such a kick in the face. Great viscosity, tart black currant and sweet honey profile up front but not far behind is an equal balance of coconut and coffee, with some vanilla to round it all off. Beautiful!

David Vaughn: Come to Navasota and try "Hot and Bothered" Jalapeno mead from Wildflower Meadery. Not overly spicy but a great jalapeno smell and taste.
