Somewhat disappointed, given the label glows under a black light. It's a maibock on the low end of sweet, with typical finish. Textbook.

Carmely, sweet yum. A tad metallic, but this is awesome. Progresses to something that has a fantastic roasted molasses finish.

Rich, caramel, roasted nuts, faint apply sweetness. Lil bit of bourbon stiffness.

Definitely the shut down closer. Molasses, dates, slightly smoky finish. Heavy sweetness is balanced by a wonderfully clean close.
