It’s not terrible, but it’s the worst of the series. Kinda chalky. Really dry without enough flavor to justify that dryness. I’ll almost certainly wind up drinking it again on a trivia night though.

Pretty solid old-school style DIPA. Nice to see a maltier double with oily hoppiness. Even if I’ve outgrown this way of brewing DIPAs, it’s still fun to revisit.

Aroma was neutral, but the appearance was milky/cloudy. I’m not afraid of cloudy beers but it looks as though the trub was at the bottom of this keg. How unfortunate. If only I had the beer a few days earlier.
