Bitter nose, but very little bitterness on flavor. A smooth hefe yeast/clove notes on front. Light hoppiness follows. Just a touch of very light banana flavor hints with a light biscuit note. Has a really pleasant vanilla flavor on finish.

A pleasant banana and light lime flavor on front. The flaked coconut flavor comes through on finish.the banana flavor grows more on the middle as you drink more. 8% is moderately noticeable. Only a moderate to slight sour note throughout.

Nice thick bourbon barrel aged flavor from n front. Some light chocolate flavor notes follow. 13% is pretty noticeable, but pleasant. Very Slight coffee note on finish. Delicious!

Nice light tropical citrus flavor on front. Great outdoor/beach ipa at 7.7%. Only a slight candied sweetness that represents the gummy portion on mid-end. Average bitterness. 7.7% not that noticeable.

Jammy tart blackberry flavor on front. The sour comes through quickly after. A nice vanilla creamy hint follows. Just a touch of cinnamon finish. It is puckering tart as you drink more.

Has fallen off somewhat after almost 3 years of aging.Nice chocolate on front with some light whiskey flavor. Peanut butter flavor on finish is disjointed at first but builds as you drink more/warms.Still a delicious stout and the 11.5% not overpowering.
