Park Firebaugh is drinking an Upland Barrel-Aged Peach Sour Ale by Upland Brewing Company at Frank Southern Ice Arena

Crispy, subtle barrel, very peach. Surprised that this style hasn’t caught on here despite Upland being one of the first to experiment with funky yeasts. This is comparable to brews from Ale Apothecary in Bend.
