Not bad for a Single Block: ultra-malty for 6.5% ABV, it almost has the flavor and color of a Doppelbock. Nice balancing.

Too malty and sweet for a Pils. At most it could be a Helles, not even one of the best... The herbaceous finish is too light and can't counteract the initial sweetness.

Dark chocolate with pepper (not too much, luckily!), other spicy hints and a light hoppy edge. Pretty complex for a Black IPA, rather original for the style: interesting.

Rather fruity (orange, above all) and balanced between sweet and bitter hints. A bit too much old school and monotonous, maybe, but it's okay in itself.

Great! Simple but tasty and intense, like a Single Bock should always be.
