I dig this. Very American Red IPA. Hoppy and bitter. Bitterness balances out a chunky caramel sweetness. Sourdough. Finishes quite dry.

What’s the Damage? by Good Land Brewing Co

Simon Diaz is drinking a What’s the Damage? by Good Land Brewing Co at Emerald Cemetery

Delicious weirdo barley wine. First impression is of a sweet salty imperial stout. Flavours of burnt toffee, Vegemite toast, fairy floss, and dandelions. Complex umami roastiness. Really liked this. 250 or or 375ml perhaps?

Tumeaine - Guatemala Nueva Era Coffee by Pühaste Brewery

Simon Diaz is drinking a Tumeaine - Guatemala Nueva Era Coffee by Pühaste Brewery at Emerald Cemetery

Oily black, rich and sweet. Sweet black foest cake with a lot of licorice. Coffee is not a big factor here for me. Overly sweet makes this a miss for me. One of very few from Pühaste. Sweetness 7.5/10; bb 09/0?/26 Room temperature, 19C.

Simon Diaz is drinking a Framboise Boon (2022) by Brouwerij Boon at Emerald Cemetery

A lot of fresh fruit along with a young lambic, and so it tastes. Mostly raspberries, although cherry also comes through. Some subtle funk. Boon describes this beer as the missing link between beer and wine.
