Salty aroma. Light yellow pour. Delicate, oceany, tart, and a bit of citrus. Not sure how kelp tastes, but it makes for a good beer adjunct. Paired with the poutine and duck confit.

As someone who is very much a lover of British beers, when someone claims a beer is like an English ale, such as this one, I get very particular. I don't feel this is at all like any other ale. Even an Amber. Doesn't have the creaminess or maltiness

Don't really find the seaweed makes any difference in the taste. Perfectly fine saison. But nothing particularly unique. A bit higher in alcohol than I would say the typical saison
