Nice hop aroma with a hint of malt. Balanced hop bitterness with a pleasant malt backbone. Good hop flavour that the fresh hop delivers so well. Good attenuation. Nicely done

Way dark for a tripel! Malty aroma & flavour & quite low attenuation which isn’t right for a tripel. Getting hot alcohol flavour that also doesn’t belong. Not getting Belgian esters so doesn’t seem to have been done with Trappist yeast. No flaws but ..nah

Piney hop aroma & medium sweet finish with some crystal malt flavour. OK hop flavour but I think needed better attenuation to accentuate. Came off a little muddy for a WCIPA.
