Heath McKnight: My wife and I are on vacation at the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa, and after dinner at the Cobalt, we walked over to the bar. Before I saw their $$$$$$ bourbons, scotches, whiskies, and wines, I saw the Utopia sitting right on top of the beer draft tap.

Heath McKnight: The bartender said it was from 2019 (I guess they didn’t bother with 2021), and had just enough for a pour. Like a boozy raisin.

Heath McKnight: The bartender then showed me this bourbon that was in a very expensive bottle. So the bourbon cost a lot, and the damn bottle was rare Crystal!
