Black Magic Stout
4.8% ABV
A traditional dry Irish stout, carbonated with nitrogen (it pours very much like a Guinness). Dry roasted flavors are prominent, with hints of chocolate and coffee on the finish.
Winner of Great American Beer Fest Silver medal and World Beer Cup Gold award.
Slo Mo' IPA
6.5 % ABV
Slo Mo' is a true American IPA brewed with a blend of Falconer's Flight and Mosaic Hops to convey bright tropical citrus notes for a crisp dry finish.
Skinny Atlas
5.3% ABV
This four time Great American Beer Festival winner and one time World Beer Cup winner is Pale yellow in color and has the flavor of a light German pilsner, crossed with the crisp cleanness you might find in an American Ale. Skinny Atlas is named for Central New York's Skaneateles Lake from which Empire draws its brewing water.
White Aphro
6% ABV
White Aphrodisiac, or White "Aphro" is a Belgian-Style unfiltered Wit Ale. Featuring the perfect balance of Pilsner and Wheat Malt this beer incorporates Hallertauer Hops, lavender, ginger and lemon peel.
East Coast Amber Ale
5.6% ABV
Clean and refined, with just the right balance of English Malt and American Hops. It's not too sweet and not too bitter, just like our beloved East Coast brewers.
Deep Purple
7.5% ABV
This has a Pilsner base and is brewed with the addition of NYS Concord grapes. It is fruity, tart & dry, w/ a dark purple color & huge grape aroma.
Liv & Let Rye
6.5% ABV
30% Rye malts give this IPA a spicy, peppery kick. The hops include: Nugget, Citra, and Falconers Flight.
Lost Dog Pale Ale
5.8% ABV
An American Style Pale Ale. It has a smooth, medium body with a solid hop aroma and a clean, dry, hoppy finish.
Local Grind
7.2% ABV
Empire's collaboration brew with Syracuse neighbor Cafe Kubal. This Scotch Ale is infused with a custom blend of Guatemalan beans. The coffee notes compliment the slight sweetness of the style very nicely.
Empire IPA
7.2% ABV
Our American IPA, hopped heavily w/ 6 kettle additions of Falconers Flight. It has a citrus aroma and a bright earthy flavor, with just the right amount of malt balance.
Strikes Bock
6.5% ABV
This is a traditional German style Maibock. These beers are typically brewed toward the end of winter for spring release, but we brought this one to you early! This is a true lager, made with German lager yeast and fermented for six weeks. The flavors are malt forward with a medium body, finishing with a dry peppery flavor that is derived from the hops.
