It was deep in color like a west coast, but hazy. Intensely aromatic like a NEIPA, but boozy. Huh. If the hop bombs of yore were to burst into new flame once again, it’d look a lot like this. Clean, effortlessly smooth, lightly spicy, quite approachable.

Paired with a day of trying to un-hotwire a van. And root canals. Who tries to steal a minivan? An interesting beer for sure, dry and almost chlorophenolic on the back end. Somehow plays well with dry tea and floral notes. Medium-sweet, low carb, crush.
