Aging our Inertia stout in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels just pushes the ISU’s off the charts!!!

Seriously though, the barrels round out any rough edges & give the beer more complexity. Coconut, Cherry & oak melds perfectly with the big roast malt, coffee & chocolate character of the base beer. We only brew it a few times per year. Fill yer boots if its pouring! Read Less

More recently we decided to shine a light on the tropically-inspired New Zealand hop varieties, which is also when we learned that Kiwi birds mate with one partner for life!
