Artic by The Uraidla Brewery

Brodini is drinking an Artic by The Uraidla Brewery at Chateau de Mitcham

My last beer in “Chateau De Mitcham” aka the shit rental we stayed in for far to long. The beer is a banger, the best IPA I’ve had from this crew

Appearances can be deceiving. When poured this looked like it was going to be an oat and lactose heavy brew. However it’s very restrained with a gentle lactose presence, tropical fruits the more dominant flavours.

Name of the Game by Range Brewing

Brodini is drinking a Name of the Game by Range Brewing at Chateau de Mitcham

Sweet and juicy mango and passionfruit galore, combined with just a dash of coconut cream. It’s sweet, yet it’s restrained, perhaps if it was a double it would have been sweetness overload. It’s yum, and wishing I grabbed more.

Joy Ride by Range Brewing

Brodini is drinking a Joy Ride by Range Brewing at Chateau de Mitcham

Tropical fruits, citrus and green grapes combine with a lingering grassiness. Mouthfeel is light with a prickly carbonation, which reminds me more of their single ipas, not a double. It’s a good beer, but is the bridesmaid to the MCBC and Finback colab

Oh my…that’s a dangerously smooth double. Tropical fruits, stone fruits, dankness and a deliciously balanced sweetness vs bitterness. Bravo teams 🫶

Got milk?! It’s a lactose forward brew, with hints of citrus and maybe some green grape. But there’s certainly lactose in there and everywhere! Mouthfeel and carbonation is on point, however. Perhaps missing a little balance for mine…
