Carbo baja. Uva blanca en nariz, poco más, algo de acetato si tal. Trago largo para el estilo, medio en general. Cuerpo ligero, en general es un vinagre "aguado" pero ahí está su magia. Retrogusto bastante nasal. Por 10€ en fábrica deja mucho que desear.
