Very, very impressive. Big flavours of chocolate, coffee, roastiness & vanilla. Yet all incredibly well balanced with the ABV warmth in the background, but no real idea you are drinking 12.5% One of this year's best stouts.

They didn't skimp on the coffee for this one. Big heaps of coffee and roast on thin, dry, fizzy base. Kinda works as a coffee BIPA, though not completely.

Mild sour cherry to begin with lacto yeast, vanilla, cinnamon and malt giving a really great approximation of a creamy buttery pie crust with a yoghurt/cream cheese scoop on top. Bigger cherry flavour and this would be amazing.
