Finally popping this. Nose is bourbon. Medium body, nice lacing, lots of chocolate and super boozy still. Not bad for a year old bottle.

The nose is earthy and full of whiskey. The mid palate is kind of tart but the back end is full of coffee and chocolate. This beer is nice!

Holy crap. I'm so glad I went back for this. This is fantastic! Chocolate mid palate with heavy caramel finish. Nose is whiskey. Solid.
