This could be bias against bourbon/barrel aged infused beer flavors (have maybe had 1 in my life that worked), but this is not a must have. Certainly smooth & just shy of syrupy, so well done there. Cold or warm, there's a long finish, but warm opens more

Just shy of decadent, which is to say drinkably so. Worthy as a dessert by itself but it's also perhaps the rare chocolate drink rich enough where its chocolate notes wouldn't be lost to a chocolate dessert paired on the side.
