The Gouverneur I.P.A. is a top-fermented specialty beer that will appeal to lovers of hop aromas. This I.P.A. is brewed with carefully selected natural ingredients and crystal clear water from our own source.
Due to the dry-hopping with Solero and Hallertau Blanc hops and the extra long bearing time of at least 6 weeks, a perfect balance is formed. This creates a beer of exceptionally high quality and complexity.
