Imperial stout, also known as Russian imperial stout or imperial Russian stout, is a strong dark beer or stout in the style that was brewed in the 18th century by Thrale's brewery in London for export to the court of Catherine II of Russia.
The Belgian-style blonde ale is typically easy-drinking, with a low but pleasing hop bitterness. This is a light- to medium-bodied ale, with a low malt aroma that has a spiced and sometimes fruity-ester character. Sugar is sometimes added to lighten the perceived body. This style is medium in sweetness and not as bitter as Belgian-style tripels or golden strong ales. It is usually brilliantly clear. The overall impression is balance between light sweetness, spice and low to medium fruity ester flavors. 💞 Beef Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs, Sausage, Chicken

Pale ale is a popular style of beer that's hop-forward with a malty flavor, a golden to amber color, and moderate strength. Brewed with pale malt and ale yeast, pale ales bridge the gap between dark stouts and light lagers. They are full of flavor, but not too heavy, so the style is very approachable
The West Coast IPA was the beginning of the fruity hop explosion. This style gets credit for exploring the rowdy, fruity flavors in hops, while shedding some of the bitterness. That’s not to say that West Coast IPAs aren’t bitter; they are. But that bitterness is balanced with an exceptionally clean, crisp body, higher carbonation, and big tropical fruit notes (It is a “West Coast” IPA, after all) 💞 Burgers, Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs, Chicken

You've heard of it, you hear people talking about it, and you probably drink it but do you know what a Hazy IPA really is? The buzz term "Hazy" has become trendy and popularized in beer culture and it feels like every beer enthusiast is talking about this style of beer. However, many people don't actually know about what makes a Hazy, a Hazy. Luckily, we have some of the best brewers working for us and they're here to help explain what makes this style of beer so popular and so different from traditional IPAs One of the main differences between the two styles is when hops are actually added to the beer. In West Coast IPAs, hops are usually added to the kettle throughout the wort boil to extract a range of bitterness and flavor. Hazy IPAs are usually brewed with most or all of the brewhouse hops added to the whirlpool after boiling is complete.
