Perhaps unfair to compare this to the 2016 bottle, but it's interesting to see how the draft Geuze differs. More carb, less depth, slightly sweeter, softer. Low acidity. Still lots of earth and hay. Boon appetit!

Rich, robust, a bit more acidity than usual for Boon. Lots of earth and depth. Grapes and hay. Brewed in 2016. Floaters everywhere, black mold on top of the cork. That's how you know it's good!
