A DDH sour was enough to entice me in but to learn Pastore Brewing specialise in brewing sours, was a double W! This was very pleasant, offering a fruity vibe with a tart, dry mouthfeel. Gradually getting into my sours. This pink lemonade sour was delicious & a refreshing break from the IPA and APA run. Flavours of raspberries and lemons which dialled down to a subtle tartness on the finish. A delicate sweetness lingered.Earned the Middle of the Road (Level 38) badge! A lot went on with what I would describe as a funky APA. First, a hoppy, herbal aroma which followed in taste. A creamy mouthfeel to some degree with a zesty hit of citrus. A dry, pithy finish! A bright number which was certainly different!

Not quite out of this galaxy but a fine example. Clean, smooth & bursting with fruit! Notes were soft but were heightened towards the end. Stone fruits, especially peach which led to a pleasant finish!Earned the Draft City (Level 19) badge!
Clues in the name, this was juicy! Citrus based with plenty of notes coming through which ends on a bitter level. Picked up on delicate malty undertones. Tropical flavours were also present!Earned the Beer of the World (Level 14) badge!
