2024.04.06. I never really approved of this Ssiat series, but this one was quite shockingly delicious..! The stone fruit juiciness felt so clean, refreshingly juicy, and sweet, and the funky wildness was clearly making it even more juicy and delicious.

2024.04.06. A bit lighter than I expected, but still very juicy and sharply sour with the delicate aromas of peach and rustic wild notes of the yeast. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied.

2024.04.06. Quite sharp, fruity, and a bit nutty too. The aroma was not very strong, but still those rustic wild notes blended in the juicy peach character were surely something to be praised.
