I love the still cider quality of Bruocsella. Always makes me wonder why more people don’t talk about the crossover between fine cider and lambic, they’re so adjacent

Brew Cavern is drinking a Coconut Tiramisu Barley + Wheat Wine 2024 by Rodinný pivovar Zichovec at Brew Cavern

Big sweet coconut up front, without being too loud. Notes of cocoa and dark chocolate. Ever so slightly creamy. Amaretto is subtle but welcome. The barrel ageing is also well balanced against the other flavours. Outstanding
