Surprised I'm the first check in on this. An interesting way to try and extract lupulin from fresh hop cones. Possibly more novel than practical. Nice IPA though. Honey-like malt base with floral, herbal and pineapple flavours on top. Pretty good.

A pastry sour done well. Kept it fairly simple and nailed it. Solid sweet and slightly tart raspberry with a hint of lemon with control amount of sweet, creamy lactose and a thick, fluffy mouthfeel. Nice.

Next up is my most hated beer style, a Cream Ale. First up, the aro.a is great, sweet and flowery. And they have done a good job trying to smother the natural cream ale flavours with heaps of lactose and nut flavour. But it has an after taste that is 🤢

Grabbing a cheeky paddle down at Boston to try a few of their seasonal releases I've not had. A Mexican lager to start. Not really my thing but this seems good for the style. Light, crisp, hint of corn and a spritz of lemon. Good for necking.
