Nope. Frankly it’s not even black. Fruit? A very difficult sharpness and a mean finish. Actually I’m pretty sure they put soy sauce in it. If not, I’d call that a soy flavour.

Drinking in an urban jungle haha. Light IPA again and as usual, overall, a clever idea. It’s just the front end of this sip that is too sharp, too unrelated to the rest of what’s going on.

No we are into the reasons I don’t much like IPAs. Too much in essentially all areas.

Yes. Drinkable but hopped and tasty. The way beer has to keep going - taste but wise. That’s a great damn beer. Motueka and wai-iti hops maybe is why?

Salty and a but of sour, certainly better than the one earlier today. Some sense of subtlety. A nice mouth and a little refreshing carbo.

OMG that’s a lot of sour sharp vinegar. Cherry? Not a ton of cherry. Wild.

Got the fire and the beautiful moon in the pic haha. Grateful Dead cover band shortly. Beer is fine.

Vietnamese pad Thai is good (!?) and strata hops are good in a pale. Nice.

Easy drinking and salty... sort of richer and thicker at the last. As is so often the case - not my type of beer, but when Godspeed does it, it’s better than type.

Unfortunately my acoustic entertainment has left to mark for a few hours but I beer on anyhow. This is awesome, very bright and crisp and bubbly pils. Wouldn’t want more than one for fear of heartburn.

Sour and ruby red like blood (I assume is the slightly stretched connection to Halloween?). Juicy and sour. Subtle enough that I can hack it.
