The barman recommended this ale and boy is it good. I was not expecting it to taste of apricots which I always enjoy. The softness of the fruit is an absolute delight. A proper blonde ale there is not a hint of sour fruit just juicy fresh apricots.

Very much a traditional American pale ale with malt balancing the hops. The hops are not of the modern super fresh varieties. The ale drinks very easily and belies its strength.

I had this ale seven years ago after skiing Snowmass no idea how it tasted back then. Now it tastes like an American IPA brewed in Colorado. New Belgium have always been a traditional brewery which this ale is and I am not complaining.

Much better than I expected from a large brewer. Sweet hazy and hoppy plus it’s fresh and therefore refreshing. No annoying mass produced twang a little over fizzy is my only complaint. Good citrus taste and did I mention it’s hoppy.
