Our house Munich and Pilsner Malt then spent the next 4 hours absorbing smoke over a slow smolder of Oak, Hickory, Cherry, and Applewood. \r\nThree Days later our custom smoked malt was used in the making of Smoke Shack, a sweet yet smoky Rauchbier that pays tribute to the style\u2019s origin in Bamberg, Germany.
