Bierhaus

Oh, a must when visiting this place. A classic kölsch on tap in Stockholm, Sweden, in proper glassware. Crystal clear pale yellow with white foam. Well fermented with good yeast. Clean grains and very quaffable and crushable. Palate cleanser as well. 🍻

I lost. Hazy yellow with white foam. Still some mango and pineapple but more towards sweeter citrus fruits in the aroma. Taste light citrusy, some spruce shoots and lightly mango touch. Light bodied and easy going for its' abv. Good and gets you sleepy.

Vivid memories from this German bar. This is hazy yellow though with white foam. Tropical fruit aroma with mango, guava, pineapple and a touch of pawpaw. Take follows suit but surprisingly light bodied. Refreshing and light. Good after an Herman Munster.
