FLN. Really really enjoyed this. Tons of vanilla and almost tasted more like creamy marshmallows. Well done on this one. Thanks Nick!
1) have a problem with this being called a hazy ipa cause it’s not. 2) it’s not that tasty 3) 4 hands uses hibiscus more than any other brewery in the world. 4). Love the color. 5) thanks Tim. 6) won’t buy it again. 7) a little grapefruity
In 2016 I gave this a 5. Then 2017-4.5. 2019-4. I’d say each year I like it less. This is how I remember it. A heavy malty ipa. I like it. Just not as much as I used to. Guess my palate has changed.Earned the ALES for ALS (2021) badge!
Delicious. Starts with pure Hershey’s chocolate syrup and finishes with burps of coco puffs. There is a creamy marshmallowness as well throughout. If this had boozy barrel, it would have me verklempt. I’d have to give you a topic. Hopefully that happens.
Whoa. This one is sweet from the get go. Smooth but has a bit of an oaky finish. Almost makes my tongue tingle with the dry oak but at the same time it’s juicy. Crazy and delicious.Earned the New Brew Thursday (Level 56) badge!
Im in a weight loss challenge and haven’t had a beer in 5 days. Was excited to have a sweet and tart mead but this can’t be right. It made the whole kitchen smell awful. Taste was better but couldn’t get past the smell. Skunk, sulfur, just not drinkableEarned the Hey Honey (Level 15) badge!
