WCBとしては低アルコールすぎる“3.5% ABV”のラガーが完成。いつでも、どこでも安心のゴクゴクいけるラガーのレシピは、アメリカ西海岸の旅で得た手法なんだとか。

パンを思わせるクリスピーなシリアルやクラッカーのような香り。レモンなど柑橘を連想させる明るい風味が、草のような印象を引き立てる。今回、軽やかボディ&クリーンな味わいを出すために、ラガーリング(低温熟成)期間として2週間を費やしています。

You’ve guessed it - this one is CRUSHable. And we’ll keep the spiel simple - 3.5% super low ABV and light body to let the early hot side only lupulin additions shine through. What feels like an Italian Pils (dry hopped pils) is really just a “back to the basics” take on alpha acids and kettle additions. Top it off with the right amount of fizz and you’re welcome. 軋んだ音を立てながら、ゆっくりと開いた扉の向こうへとProdigyたちは進んでいく。果たしてその奥には何があるのか？行方不明のHop Dudeはどこへ？そのとき、大きな落雷とともに辺りが照らされ、扉に刻まれた文字が浮かび上がる。
“ ? ? ? ”

ほのかに霞がかった怪しい闇黒色の液体。甘いチョコレートやバニラ、ブラウンシュガーを感じるアロマには、繊細なトフィーとブルーベリーの痕跡が。レーズンを連想させるドライフルーツの印象に、焦がしたコーヒーのような香りと、微かなアルコールのタッチがアロマを引き締めている。

From the blackened pages of The Black Book comes forth yet another vile combination - and perhaps the Dark Prodigy’s most lethal concoction yet. Not to let the Alchemist and his fruit buddies have all the fun, the Darkness represents with “BV” - a super thick dessert delight with enough blueberries and vanilla to literally wreck the checkbook (trust us on this one). All of the TBB feels are here, but invaded on all sides by what can only be described as blueberry cheesecake, with hints of chocolate, coffee cake and a touch of fruit tart. The Nemesis went wild and injected blueberry super serum (aka natural extract) into BV for additional firepower and diabolical delusion. Closet stout connoisseurs, the Dark Side calls. Read Less
