World let us introduce you to Popple. This new 5.5% pale ale is the result of a year long journey investigating how to make lower ABV beers sing.

We are really happy with the results. Brewed with oats, wheat, London Fog yeast and an abundance of Idaho-7, Galaxy and Citra, it’s hazy, pillowy-soft and teeming with ripe, unctuous flavours of peach, passion fruit, mango, pine sap and highly emotional lovelorn lyrics. Read Less

A juicy lemon and lime IPA. We use a high proportion of oat and a small amount of light cara malt to promote a thick rounded palate with a slight sweetness to offset the citrus fruit. We dry hop it with a large amount of Motueka which brings loads of lime character along with Citra for some mango/lychee jazz and a pinch of Sabro for some low level coconut sweetness. As well as hops we also add lots of Lemon and Lime zest, which unsurprisingly amps up the citrus qualities big time. Read Less

Mourn the dead, fight like hell for the living. This is a beer brewed to observe and speak to Trans Day of Remembrance, on the 20th November. This is the day the trans community and our allies remember and honour our siblings who lost their lives to anti-trans violence.
Fight Like Hell is based on the recipe for Existence As A Radical Act, our core pale. To us, Existence represents that in a hostile society, simply existing as a trans person is a radical act of defiance. In the face of such sustained transphobia throughout the world—and here in the UK—we must all fight like hell for all trans people, in particular trans people of colour.
A proportion of profits from this beer will be split between trans-focussed and -led charities. Read Less

Sunslayer is an unhopped raw golden ale, brewed with local barley, wheat and rye. Raw beer describes the primarily historic practice of brewing beer without boiling the wort. this can create interesting nuance, providing a fresher, deeper malt character.

We fermented this raw ale with a blend of Brettanomyces strains, along with our house culture of yeast and bacteria for 3 months.

The beer was subsequently blended (80/20) with a 2-year-old golden sour ale, aged in wine barrels. this blend was then refermented with 200g/l of Spanish apricots and Tanzanian vanilla. the resultant beer has intense stone fruit, along with a delicate but growing funk. Read Less
