THQ Hearthstone Fireside Gathering & Tournament

Tournament rules:
Registration starts at 5pm, match starts at 6pm. We have filled the roster in as little as 20 minutes in the past, so showing up early is recommended! Cafe is open from 12p-4p on Sundays. Line for Hearthstone starts at main entrance. No cuts through the cafe will be allowed.
Upon arrival you can register for the tournament at the Gaming Desk. You will need to put down your Name, Blizzard IGN (BattleandBrew#0313), and e-mail. You can play for free on your own device, or on our PC’s. We offer a special $12.50 (half price) Blizzard All Day pass at gatherings.
Tournament brackets have a minimum of 16. We are capping this tournament at 32.
Format will be 4 Hero 1 Ban Standard Conquest. Best of 5
Conquest Format
All matches will be best-of-five. The first player to win three games within the match is considered the winner of the match and advances.
Each player must submit deck lists from four unique classes prior to each stage of the event. Players may not change or alter these decks during the tournament at any time. Opponent will ban one of the four decks.
A player must win one game with each of his three remaining decks to win the match.
When a player wins a game, the deck used by the winning player cannot be used for the remainder of the match.
The losing player can keep the same deck used or switch to a different one of their choice.
Players will be told what classes their opponent has available, but they won’t know which class is picked until both players have picked.
ANY form of cheating will not be tolerated. This includes deck counters, card counters and pen and paper accounting of cards.
We appreciate your patience with us taking our time setting it up and making sure everything is run correctly.

Remember that Battle & Brew is a BAR and we are 18+ ONLY at all times! In order for us to keep hosting Fireside Gatherings, the bar must see these events as profitable (being a business, this is necessary) so be sure to order some food & drinks while here, and take care of your server!
Prize will be being entered into the Tavern Hero Tournament
Side Tourney
In addition to our regular tourney, we’re going to try and hold a side tourney this month. It will be for Round One KO’s, and we’ll take the first 8 people to sign up. This side event will be played on personal devices in the Board Room. You must have your own device in order to play. We will be hosting an Innkeeper Challenge where you have to beat our Innkeepers. Rules will be announced at the event.
Couch Casting Stream
Where we stream the tournament on Battle & Brew’s twitch channel and YOU cast it! Anyone at the gathering can cast the tournament, and we encourage rotation so that everyone who wants to cast gets the chance to. We’re still working on making it the best it can be, but currently it’s going well and we’re open to your feedback.
