Quite toasty and caramelly sweet. Bourbon comes through strong, and vanilla is there, too. Could be a touch smoother.

Nice Belgian yeast flavors, some raisin and pear. Slightly medicinal but not annoyingly so. A bit of holiday spice.

Pretty nice, coffee and chocolate come through well. Mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side. There's a dose of booze heat as the beer warms.
